You can still get lung cancer if you have never smoked in your life??? Smoking is not the only cause of lung cancer
The point I was trying to make: If you're standing in a pool trying to dry yourself off. Wouldn't it make more sense to just get out of the pool? That's the cause of the problem.
Other causes of lung cancer: being next to people that smoke, asbestos, pollution, heredity... If nobody smoked, it would make a significant impact to the number of lung cancer cases. Then tackle asbestos, and then pollution, etc. Causes of the problem. Bandaiding a problem is only prolonging the issue.
