Hello Everyone,
I dont know if theres a thread about this already, but I thought it be cool to share what business you currently own and how much you make in each. This thread will not only share the business you have but we can connect with each other and bounce off ideas on what your struggles are and help each other overcome those obstacles

I currently have the following
-National real estate wholesaling business. Im in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and San Francisco market) = $220-250k a month
-Real estate traditional sales =$18k a month
-Mortgage broker partnership =$5k a month

Working on 2 new business one being in the insurance business and another one as a mentor for wholesaling. All business that I get into I make sure they are scalable very key to grow revenue.

Lets hear what you guys do ! (I apologize in advance if this thread is not allowed)

1) Monthly Google Ads campaign rentals.
2) Monthly landing page rentals.
3) A one-off online course.
4) A small monthly paid email newsletter.
5) A couple of small rental properties (down from 4).

Ones I’ve stopped:
1) Paid Google Ads audits (because they’re one offs).
2) Paid Google Ads calls/consults (because they’re one offs).

Not quite sure if I get that right. You rent a landing page to a company and they pay you monthly?
What amount of money would someone pay for a single landing page?

Could you please explain this to me because I'm kinda surprised to hear that you actually can rent out Google Ads campaings and landing pages.

People rent landing pages from Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, Clickfunnels, etc. They normally have to build them too, or get someone else to build them. We build pages ourselves and rent them.

For renting out Google Ads campaigns, think of the Yellow Pages or Booking dot com. They build Google Ads and other campaigns for their customers. Their customers don’t own them though. They effectively rent them.

Do you use SEO to rank your landing pages or do you use AdWords, or both?
