While it's fine to hate technology, you cannot simply avoid using it and hope to compete in business in the future. I remember when email first came out and my 45 year old boss didn't understand it and refused to use it. This was in 1994. Can you imagine if he still refused to use email? He caved in around 1997. However, in 1997 he learned email and the rest of us were surfing the web already and using MS office. He was behind in technology didn't understand Outlook, Excel, Word, etc... He still had a dayplanner.

My point is that it's fine to not like something, but you should recognize when you are going to get left behind because the longer you wait the harder it will be to catch up later as technology advances even further and faster.

I liked the part of the video that said "The computer in your cell phone today is a million times cheaper, and a thousand times more powerful and about hundred thousand times smaller then the one computer at MIT in 1965." "So what used to fit in a building now fits in your pocket." "What fits inside your pocket now will fit inside a blood cell in 25 years." -Ray Kurzweil

Reminds me of the movie the last mimzy. Then how many levels will there be in a million years?

Technoligy is great, but their was life before it. Most people use those fancy Iphones and Blackberry's as toys.
