A negative cash flowing property of 20k/month seems extremely un-affordable... to anyone! ... except if you have a "hunch" it will improve... ?
I don't think hunches are a big part of financial planning
A hunch can be a great decider among many good options. Put another way, when preparation has led to many great (but mutually-exclusive) opportunities, sometimes listening to your gut or intuition can help you choose. We are emotionally aware of much more than we can verbalize or even consciously "know." When you have a hunch, it's not some angel whispering in your ear. It's your own good judgment. Listening to your intuition will improve your luck in huge ways.
