Who here has experience in building a telemarketing business? I have several reasons and assets that help me to build a telemarketing company. My problem is: My Spanish isn´t good enough to write sales scripts and I don´t have experience in selling on the phone.

How complicated is it?
Do I need practice for it in order to guide employees?
Any reading recommendations? Any recommendations for advisors who would get percentages/hourly paid?
