Not to give it away, but my product is a specific fastener. Very small, less than 2" x 0.5". Has 3 circle holes in the body.
Super thin, intended to be a plate. No more than 1/16" thick.

I'm sure I could go the laser cutting route with sheet metal,
but what are my options for plastic? Metal would be unnecessarily strong and expensive in terms of getting each piece laser cut.

It is not a strong piece it simply needs to be rigid, and not bend flimsily. Plastic will make due fine.
Any ideas guys?
