Hi! I'm not sure about this is a internet is a good tool for bulding network on your's business. First step online is searching for webinar's of your's proffesion. The best way to make connections is business conferences, some of them is expensive, some of them is for free and some of theme is on the right price. Search and take action!
If you want to bulid a strong business realations you must know how to build relations. Read a few book's about. For example Dale Carnegie's books.
You must pratice!
Internet is a good tool but never replace a real meetings and real work.
