Greg, what's your % of successful meetings?

You start with "My name is Greg, I'm from bla-bla, I want to set an appointment with you, I took a look at your online presence.." - that's where it would be dropped if you would call someone who gets more incoming calls on daily basis.

1. "Is there something you would want to know" > "You can send me a message with everything you want to know when we meet or ask it right now."

2. "With few tweaks we can bla-bla-bla" > "We can significantly improve your business, which I'll show you during our meeting".
Because the person you call can pay zero attention to what you actually say, especially with your speech tempo (way too high). Your idea is to use words that resonate with them (you, your business, improve, etc), so they can at least understand if it's worth continuing the conversation.
