City living vs suburbs. Which inspires you?

I live on a mountain, surrounded by evergreen trees, coyotes, deer, black bears, and fresh, clean air. Take a walk ten minutes in a particular direction and you're in complete wilderness. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I moved to the outskirts of a small town just like that for a little over a year. On a mountain too.

Then I moved back to the city because I thought I missed it.

Now here I am, back in Boston, wondering why I’m not in the woods lol.

I did miss the ocean though. There’s no ocean in Orange County NY. Boondocks on the ocean is my dream.

I prefer the suburbs, I can visit the city whenever I like.

I've tried city living (NYC and Toronto). It's not for me. I'm close enough to Toronto that I can go whenever.

Country living, to me, is more for a vacation. I don't know if I could stay in the country, but I've never given it a real go.

Ah, I caught it now! Actually I was referring to the fact that people in Metro Vancouver area are legit renting out their closets, because rent and real estate is so expensive here now, but no, I totally wouldn't bar gay people from renting from me
