So I have two ideas I settled on, real estate in China, specifically marketing to foreigners and expats and wholesale distribution. I hear that Brits and Germans are making a killing in wholesale, I was thinking Europe but the Eastern Bloc is literally flooded with Italians and Germans getting fortunes, everyone trying to hustle on the same corner as it is.

Any suggestions? right now i'm in the business plan phase.
