Chicken & Egg: How to solve?

I've developed a new service that I want to bring to market as soon as possible.

I've read some books on entrepreneurship, and in general, all of them state, in one form of another, in regard to new products/concepts, that your focus should be in getting some sales as soon as possible to validate, and take care of the rest only after you have customers.

Now, since this is new-new, I don't yet have a company.

BUT, if I don't have a company, how do I get the customers? What do I say when they ask me 'what's your company?', in a cold call or something?

I feel stuck.

P.S. - I'm outside the US.
