Am just starting out with this entrepreneurial thing and found out it can be quite confusing and draining at times

notes that might be useful to others here

viewing stress as a bad thing will raise your chances of dying
viewing stress as useful with help you a lot - viewing the raise in hearbeat as your body getting ready for real hard work, heavy breathing as bringing more oxygen to your system to handle more

stressful situations can be mitigated
by asking for help coz it releases oxytocin

viewing stress as a good thing and is helping you - will coz you to be more courageous and take action

knowing that connecting with people, asking for help, providing help to others - will release oxytocin and allow you to better cope with stress - thus will make more resilient

"you don't have to face it alone"

Awesome TEDtalk! Many people can benefit from this. I can relate it to some of my experiences.

For example, I am in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M, (similar to a military fraternity) when my buddies and I were fish we all went through some pretty stressful situations. Some of it sucked, but we were all going through the same thing. We took the stress and cared for each other, and that is why I have the higher level of respect for them.

I think this perspective on stress can relate to a variety of different aspects on life.
