I have recently started a new venture and want some feedback. We have created a platform for commercial real estate that combines the workflows and data for CRE professionals and investors. The platform helps you research, analyze, and share investment deals. The company (Rockval) started off as a knock off Argus, but that never caught on. So we have pivoted to an affordable data driven underwriting software. You can get data insights for every property in the United States and create a proforma in half the time of excel.
Since we are a startup we need product feedback to help create a better tool. Rockval has around 100 users at the moment but we are having some trouble getting them to give active feedback. If anyone has a deal they would like to underwrite in our platform send me a PM and I will be happy to give you a free trial. This is contingent on giving honest feedback so we can adapt.
