Business question: accommodation value

My wife and I have been culminating an idea for a getaway /retreat business focused around people in ministry but appealing to anyone who wants/needs a retreat without a "to do" list. It would be kind of like a deluxe bed & breakfast meats a gardened compound where people could just, "Get away from it all." My question to anyone familiar with this kind of customer service is would the value in family accommodations be worth the cost of atmosphere and cost of amenities to further entertain the kids? Keeping in mind the target audience is mainly for the environment and the adults. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
