My main concern remains to be how I will attract employers to my site.
In this niche, the majority of my targeted employers are smaller businesses which would employ fewer workers.
Is contacting each business individually a viable option ?
You've registered a domain for six years and yet you haven't worked out this fundamental part of your business.
I agree with others about testing your concept but I feel you still need to work out exactly what your concept is. It seems a shapeless vagary at them moment.
If I were you, I'd take a step back. Consume every piece of business-related information you can find in the world and then return to your business idea and the testing phase.
