Good luck! It’s nice to see you creating an execution thread. I’ll keep an eye on this one. I recently started mine as well. :)

2. Customer-research intermediate split into real users (developers, managers, clients), ones who will pay for them (VP, cto), and enterprise sales focus.
3. Features taken from pre-existing solution three own features
4. Core feature outlining is done
5. working on making saas mvp using Bubble shows my core functionality is challenging which is a good sign.

Hey
I don't know what is your project but did you have a look to Notion/Coda to test the first features of your SaaS?

Sure I will take a look thanks for this ;)
I am building this on top of slack like interface (pre-validated stuff)

I’ve been working on a SaaS solution that aims to bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical teams, in the enterprise space.
The tool (vision) focuses on translating complex technical terms into business language and vice versa, enabling clearer, faster communication. My goal is to create something for developers, managers, and clients, helping them understand each other better and make decisions faster

This is something I faced when I was working in IT a client so ->

Here’s a breakdown of the core functionality of the product:
1. Business Translations: Translating technical jargon into business-friendly language, enabling more productive conversations.
2. Actionable Meeting Insights: Automatically turning meeting discussions into clear action items to minimize time spent in unproductive meetings.
3. AI-driven Analogies: Providing real-world analogies to make complex concepts easier to understand for non-technical people.

What do you think of the overall concept? Is this something that could benefit enterprise companies?

After completing the MVP I will just change according to the feedbacks
@WillHurtDontCare,@circleme I am not sure if what I am making is good or total garbage what are your thoughts?

I'm doing some elements with a master-prompt we created for plain English.

What I particularly like here is the idea of analogies (I will use it in my practice now!).

Where I see an impact is if you create a really particular business translation support, for the company or a specific sector.
In that case you could also sell some consulting/training.

For the meeting part I'm a bit more skeptical, since for instance MS teams already makes now automatically some summaries of the transcript.
I would check how you can integrate in that workflow for these companies.

Did you talk to some customers?

Haha, It helps me personally, so why not at industry software

Envisioned it as a communication tool that helps clients, and teams who are working in cross-country settings better communicate, streamline efficiency, and reduce misunderstandings of tasks.

Hmm, yes, I checked the coda a bit like that. What I meant to say is meetings are mostly unproductive if our discussion/meetings lead to the creation of tasks assigned to each individual, then these meetings will be productive and less since no one wants to work more in the industry, developers will focus on doing more who cares about meeting summaries I never read those haha sorry developer are mostly focused on doing so it fits them, and meetings will be more intentional not just filling the timesheet
Did you talk to some customers?
I will on 19th I will direct a friendly strength approach on directors I personally know, friends who are working software testing dept, business analysts , and CTO is coming from my ex-company I will try to meet him as well I am a thrillseeker I will do whatever to see what happens example of 1x input 100x output downside limited asymmetric upside

Ok I did not understand it this way the first time!

That will be really helpful if you consider the need of your potential customers. See how it would integrate in their processes, cause it can be crucial for your idea.

Have fun, I will follow the topic!

yeah, this is something I have been thinking about. I am not completely on board with this feature
I will provide a detailed report after a few days I am the first time doing so, and I am not doing it professionally

yeah it can probably become something else entirely It's an adaptive process
But I have some doubts like on the architecture level it will be some kind of wrapper around OpenAI, I am figuring that part out how improve it and it shouldn't remain a generic product

Done but it looks useless to me I will still ask other people
