A former bodyguard is suing Britney Spears, alleging the pop star sexually harassed him by exposing herself to him.
In the lawsuit, which will be filed today in LA County Superior Court, Fernando Flores claims Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him, documents obtained by TMZ show.
In one incident it is alleged Spears, wearing a see-through white lace dress, walked over close to Flores and exposed herself.
"[She] intentionally dropped her cigarette light to the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]," the lawsuit alleges.
It claims Flores was left shocked and disgusted after the incident.
Other incidents alleged to have occurred include Spears parading around the house naked and performing "numerous sex acts" in front of Flores.
The bodyguard also alleged Spears abused her children.
It is claimed Spears demanded Flores' belt, walked into her house and twice "savagely hit the small child (son Sean Preston)" with it.
On another occasion Spears allegedly fed her two young sons crab meat even though she knew both had allergies to seafood.
When both kids started vomiting, Spears allegedly stopped anyone from taking them to seek medical attention, saying "Mind your own f---ing business".
Spears has not commented on the lawsuit.
