Hey everyone I appreciate your help-
I’m a solo practitioner (owner) of an online personal training, physical therapy/posture, nutrition, and overall wellness business.
I train clients everyday full-time for 14 years. What I do and how it’s different-
I focus on the entire big picture of someone’s health. I help people with injuries or pain that doctors couldn’t solve, hire me to figure out their mystery health conditions that has kept them sick and out of shape, or just simply want a personal trainer that really knows forum/posture, and nutrition.
The way I get someone in shape is by getting them healthier.. which is your stress and how you perceive that stress, your physical flexibility/alignment, your nutrition, sleep, etc…
I’m trying to think of a business name for marketing purposes where people can find me and mostly understand what I do.
Because I charge more than a typical trainer and I don’t take insurance like many PTs I’ve been thinking of naming/marketing my biz a bit more therapy oriented because my guess is people will be more ok paying the higher cost.
Name ideas-
—Jesse’s physical therapy, personal training, and nutrition
—Personal trainer Jesse’s physical therapy and nutrition (it sounds more personal but a little weird too right?)
—Jesse’s pain management, personal training, and health
—Any other name ideas??
Fyi my current name is ‘Jesse’s Fitness and Wellness’ which I think most accurately describes my business but unfortunately I lose visibility for people looking for a physical therapist and possibly for people typing trainer or nutrition.
