I've been reading forums on this websites for quite some time.. Just signed up today as I was reading some stuff about import/export on alibaba!
interesting topic.. still have yet to invest into that strategy.
Just wanted to say hi to everyone.. great friendly people here with lots of great advice and success stories.
Here is my question of the day: (Techie guys get in here)
I have a script that I've written which generates email addresses from specific categories of craigslist.
It can scan through multiple directories like, (homes wanted, apartments wanted, housing wanted etc) and get 1000+ daily list of email addresses from one city.
I want to turn this around and send this targeted list for each city and state to let's say some "Real Estate Agent" who can benefit from emailing these people.
Why would someone want to buy them?
1. They are fresh leads
2. They are fresh leads of people who are looking to buy and sell homes.
3. You aren't wasting your time emailing 50k people, 95% of which may not be interested in buying or selling homes at the moment..
Thoughts about this idea? just brainstorming here.
