Of course he's smart and has a true hustler mentality.. but the one factor that sticks out to me about him is his: honesty and shows a passion and emotion he's not scared to show.

I found it really strange that he looks directly into the camera when he speaks. I have never seen anyone do that in an interview like he does, as if he is speaking directly to the viewer. Great interview.
