I'm curious as to what you guys would suggest would be the best path to take.
Situation: I've been working in web-development for 2 years, even had my own start-up where I made websites for small companies. Eventually I had to quit that because the partnership wasn't going too good and the programming work wasn't giving me any fulfillment.
I'm currently struggling a bit with finding my path in life again, I've done a multitude of personality and career tests; they always come down to 2 possible careers; Online Marketing Manager and Sales Rep.
This leads me to my point;
What would be the best transition into a good position (well paid, interesting & growth-provoking work)?
I was thinking to just get a job as Online Junior Marketing, (because of the ease of finding a mentor, and then leave when my skills are good enough), but possible they would prefer it if you already had some experience...
