I need to get out from under using Livejournal's blogging system so that I can go my own way and customize my page better, etc...

Do any of you that blog regularly have reco's on good blog software to use? I'd prefer something easy to set up and admin -- Even though I am an IT guy, I don't want to spend a great deal of my time learning a new package.
