Going to keep this thread super simple and straightforward. This is a side hustle with a straightforward proof of concept.
I use a relatively popular website builder for WordPress. It really doesn't matter which one, I'm pretty sure all of them you can do this. This should be a repeatable side hustle for anyone using any platform.
Beaver Builder, Elementor, Bricks, whatever. It doesn't matter.
I can save any page layout I build as a JSON. That JSON can be uploaded to any other website that uses the same page builder and one-click uploaded. I'm not reinventing the wheel, I'm molding pages I've already built in the past and stripping them down to stock images + lorem ipsum, so that others can use them.
Last night I posted a simple message of the idea on a community Discord - 4 people showed interest. I mentioned $0.99 to $4.99 pricing, some said they would pay more. Sounds good to me, they will. I'll probably price more premium pages in the $19.99 range.
So I registered the domain, pointed the A records & MX records, threw up a landing page, shared the link the Discord and collected 3 email addresses already synced from a form submission to a Google Sheet.
Scaling this would look like monthly subscriptions or building a marketplace and taking a cut.
Again this is definitely in the category of side hustle, doesn't fully make CENTS but wins on need/time/scale for sure. Nothing like it for this particular page builder yet, so we'll see how it goes.
