B&P '14 Alt. Meet-Up (Updated w/Ticket Info)

When: Feb. 21st-23rd

Where: Chaparral Park
5401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85250
(~5 minutes from Chaparral Suites)

Ticket: $125

The Plan:
Friday & Saturday: Presentations & Hot Seats from 9-5pm
Sunday: In depth follow up on group selected topics from 9-12pm

*Lunch from 12-1:30pm won't be included. Transportation to the Fashion Square food court will be available though.

Important Details:

Chose the park to minimize costs. Doing so means only 5 people are needed to make the event viable.
However, there is a trade off... 4 tickets need to go asap.

Fine Print:

* No lunch is based on only 5 people attending. Additional attendees will enable lunch and maybe dinner to be included... will finalize this aspect on the 31st.

I'll be heading down there with or without a ticket, my plan is to crash at an old friends place who lives 20-30 mins away from B&P.

And go meet up with the group when they head out for drinks or something, or at least the ones who decide to go out for some.

So logistically I can make it to this! I'll confirm when the date is closer.

Count me in Sasha. I am a coordinator by trade, so if you need help please don't hesitate to PM me and I will help get this thing together. It will be a great way to bring people together that didn't have a chance to get in on B&P, especially for the newer folks on the forums who haven't had a chance to introduce themselves in person. Missed the B&P sign-up so I'm in on this. I live in metro Phoenix area. Looking forward to meeting other fastlaners and possibly organizing a regular fastlane meetup group for Central AZ. Keep me posted on reservation details.

Can I attend both?

There are scheduling conflicts but I don't see why you can't make it out on Sunday.

During presentation time would depend on the wishes of the group but, since our spot at the park would be reserved all day... you, TopChef, Jonlee and others would be free to swing by after lunch.
