Hey guys,

I'm planning to create an auction site for my niche. I already laid down the foundations of how the site will work.

Unfortunately, I have no experience in Web Design / Programming (just have Wordpress "experience")

I'm thinking about hiring professionals for Web Design and Programming at Odesk.

What do you think? How should I start?
