Are You *Efficiently* Motivated?

If so, how do you find new motivational material (ie: videos, interviews, speeches) without wasting time looking for it?

I like to listen to educational or inspiring talks while I work, but don't want to spend a more time finding that stuff than I do actually being productive.

I know about TED Talks and what I'm looking for is a more hands off way to get similar content with a focus on business.

Is there a site where you can easily discover instructional, business, economic, spiritual, self-help audio or video, interviews, how-to audio without physically wading through all of the noise that exists on the internet?
