sold my VNR today for a nice gain and a nice distribution.... (could have sold it for another 20% higher just a week ago) ... oil is looking like it's about to fall from under.

new Goldman report calling for $20 oil ... look out below if that comes to reality.

Well guys 7 years after the original post, we got our answer, it's $48 a barrel now. It will go up eventually, but oil isn't the future, we have tens of thousands of scientists working hard every day, to find an alternative to oil, and they will because the human race is pretty smart, and making progress at light speed.

The cheaper they make it the less likely we are to make alternatives because they will cost too much... I think it's going to go down a bit more and it's going to take a while to work it's way back up.

Oil will be around for another 50 years easily. I've yet to see a ship or plane run on electricity. Coal is over 100 years old and is still the most used fuel source despite nuclear being 50 years old and magnitudes of order more efficient and clean.

MBC we will have AI with in 10 or 20 years, imagine the speed of progress, when humanity has a mind that can think of a billions things, million times faster then the human brain, put your seat belt on my friend, it's going to be a fast ride.
