Does anybody have experience selling on Walmart.com?

I just received the following email:

My name is __________ and I am a Strategic Account Manager at Walmart Marketplace. Walmart Marketplace on Walmart.com currently has a number of openings for new sellers to feature their products this year.

If you are interested in joining the Walmart Marketplace, please let us know some quick facts about your company.

• Do you have marketplace selling experience (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.)?
• Do you ship from a U.S. warehouse facility?
• What is the percentage of your orders shipped directly from your own facility versus fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)?
• Do you have a U.S. business address and tax id (EIN)?

Seems like Walmart is aggressively expanding their online sales platforms especially since acquiring Jet.com last year.

I am considering branching away from solely Amazon later this year and am curious as to how the marketplace at Walmart.com looks.

The catch is that per Walmart.com policy, they do not allow you to use FBA to fulfill orders. This means I would either have to fulfill myself or hire a secondary fulfillment center for Walmart.

I have a feeling that Jet and Walmart will start exponentially growing in the next couple years. I'm curious as to how the marketplace is looking as of this moment.

Any insight?
