Hello guys, I'm a French wannabe-Fastlaner too. I'm on the first steps of launching my business but I have questions when it comes to all the judiciary and legal stuff to deal with when launching a business in France.

How do you guys make the decision between all the business statuses availables (SARL, SAS, Auto-Entrepreneur) etc. ?
Do I have to deal with this first, or can I make money first ?

Thanks !

Hello Rieper ! :)

That's cool, you are at the most exciting point: the LAUNCHING :) enjoyyyyy

About your questions:

It's depends: what is your theme activities business ?? (without details... ;))
and
What is your estimation of your projected sales revenue for the First year ????

It's a "Uber-style" business.
Frankly, I have no projected revenue for the first year whatsoever, I haven't even thought about it to be frank. Should I ?

In my opinion, make money first.
If your business generate income so it's ok to declarate your activities. For the choice of legal statut it's depend on you and your vision of futur and i think it's a good choice to be helped by an accountant or a lawyer.

For all french Fastlaners who are interested in the world of startups and the mindset of startups, you have an online free program with many and many videos with different theme ( Idea, growth hacking, mindset, team, product, selling...)
It's organized by The family, a french society who invest in startup.
This mindset is very similar with the fastlane mindset.
