Hey guys,
Looking for input from anyone who has a successful vacation rental going right now with good cash-on-cash return. I have a number of investment properties in Canada (long-term rentals).
I'm wanting to buy a vacation rental with my Holdco for some good tax benefits and also being able to travel there to stay and write off the trips. I'd likely only be there for 4 weeks or so of the year, mainly looking for a good income year round outside of that.
Does anyone own property in a certain city/area that they do nightly rentals on and see a great return?
Ideally keeping it under the 300k price point.
