Hi, How's it going. I've thought a lot lately about affiliate marketing and setting up 100 niche blogs all running a.m ads and generating an income through those as a business. However after reading some of PhxMJ's posts I started to think a lot more about designing a business where I would be putting myself in the drivers seat. In the world of affiliate marketing I understood that meant I had to become the merchant.

I wanted to know if anyone could recommend any resources or offer up any of your own experiences and advice on being an a.m merchant?

Obviously I know that I would have to offer my affiliates a good commission but what are the other things I should learn as an affiliate merchant in order to be successful and sell lots of products?
