hey Everyone, I've recently read MFL & Rat-Race. I have been on the journey/ path to buying an existing business as I could potentially move into positive cashflow position day one & cut out some of the Start-Up time.
As I'm learning more about business finance in Australia it is becoming harder to achieve the loan I would require to complete a deal. Example: they will essentially only lend me my home Equity or other banks are 50% Down. they wont Lend against business profit or expected cashflow.
( Australia doesn't have SBA Loans or high LVR for business loans).
Has anyone got further funding Tips or experiences with start up funding in Australia ?
