I'm doing everything from my account, but I'm restricted as to what I can do as a retail trader in the country of operation. Furthermore:
1. Considerable tax benefits (in the country in which I am operating from)
2. Scalability - possibility to open up to investors / customers later (actually by default, it starts with 1 customer - me), hire new staff / contractors later, easier for international operations, etc.
3. It exists as a separate entity from my own existence - Decoupling. This gives me personal freedom to manoeuvre.
It would make sense even if you choose to apply the CENTS framework to answer your questions.
