I have been working for American company since 2014 and always tried to do something aka my own business, but never was confident enough in myself. So, many times I started and then stopped after couple of clients. I did financial services, English and Russian language coaching, CV writing and Job search helper...
The latest "business" (CV and LinkedIn) was something more successful, I did it for around 9 months, learnt how to really "sell" and learnt a lot about true marketing... It was super tough, but it worse it. I stopped, as I continue doing my 8 hours daily work and working as mom and I simply got burnt out (I was doing personal consultations and job browsing for clients myself for not such big money).
Now I want to come back to the field and sell my services again, but in form of an app with good content and my advisory being much more expensive, I will be switching from Russian-speaking to English-speaking marketing platforms and started to learn how to build the apps with no coding, via Adalo to publish it to Google play...
I realize, it will take quite some time for me, as I cannot really dedicate much hours a day, but there are some spare hours at my office job and I also tend to spend time playing some games on mobile / reading fiction books... I go slowly, my previous income was not official, all paid in cash, now before publishing the app I will need to go through LLC creation... Not sure if it worth it, as I usually got 1 client a month (it was a maximum I could afford as I spent a lot, really a lot of time consulting and helping).
So, a lot of we´ll see...
