Hi guys, i would like to ask nicely a important question and i hope i will get an answer.
My bussines concept has limited supply but i have 0 concurrence. I am the only one who will provide this service in a city of 350k people.
Im still working at my website , still not done, but i feel confuse because i understand that this bussiness will have limited supply and no concurrence. My analysis saiys to me this and of course i could be wrong.
I know what class of people i want to target, but first to get to them i need marketing so i need to cut a bit prices, becausee in this way the city will know about my service.Of course i do have control over the prices since nobody does this service in my city, but shall i concentrate at scale or magnitude, what would a experienced guy do in my situation ?

Best regards,
S. Homea

Hello Homea
In my opinion, instead of pondering about scale or magnitude, figure out who your business is helping and how it will impact the person, then test the concept and see if it works. That way, you'll be able to evaluate the potential number of people your business could help (scale) and the impact it could provide for those people (magnitude), that way, you won't need to lower prices if you don't want to because the value will be realized by the market.
