I can see numerous applications for A.I in my ideas. The biggest holes in the market that I see is that people don't do consistent good customer service. Typically an owner or highly bought in team member can drive company culture, until they leave. As a solution I'd like my ideas to have A.I customer service.
Here is the question: sense it's new, do I dive into the creation side, or do I pay someone to do that
