100% QC will be expensive, but will certainly help when you scale. Just need to be very clear what the 3rd party QC should be looking for. You should have a good idea of the type of defects that occur after inspecting your current stock.<br />

Have you looked at advertising to any other countries outside the US/Canada? Australia is currently in the summer. Might be something to consider once you have 100% QC setup, then you can look into 3PL in other countries. Might be just as cost-effective to ship from the States though?

shipping to Australia is around 75$ and that's with our 60% discount. I have sold a few there, but not many, because of that. Sometimes certain remote parts of Aus are even more, I think 1 was 109$<br />

Florida, Texas and Cali are buying sunnies like crazy right now, I think about 60% of my sales are from those 3 states alone.</div>
