This is the first time I post my ideas on public but I need a real feedback from you guys. I have 3 website ideas following the 5 commandments. Also solving a problem and providing value.
Before we start all the websites are for another country. Why? Because we have successful websites here in the US and not in that country.
1. Classic Cars Classified - There is only one big website for selling/buying cars. And other websites not specialized on cars but general stuff. This website doesn't focus on old cars made before 1980's. And lately they reduced the taxes to import used cars so there is a lot of "new models" that they never had before.
I follow a car forum and they create this thread about the rare, old, vintage and classic cars they find all over the internet. Basically what happen is: The guy owns a 1968 Mustang Fastback but because the website doesn't give the option for that year or model he uses the model of another Mustang newer hoping that somebody find his car in the search.
There is a need for this market. Will make the selling and buying of these cars much easier because they will be concentrated in one place.
I could change and include exotic cars. Something like DuPont Registry. A premium classified website.
2. Mechanic and body shop reviews - Famous problem. Where to find a good mechanic or body shop to fix your car? Something like Yelp does for the restaurants and TripAdvisor for hotels.
Will include independent and dealership repair facilities. I'm thinking about including auto parts too.
3. Guide to the US - A lot of my friends and family always ask me how to do things here in the US when they come to visit. From how to drive (laws), to make phone calls, where to shop, have drinks, party...
There is definitely a lot of websites out there doing the same but I want to with videos. Will be more like a video blog, and I will talk about other stuff too.
I wanna be able to monetize and generate some good passive income. What you guys think?
