So I recently acquired a blog and now am ready to get it rolling for 2009. I am totally new to web building. In the future, I have plans for bigger and better things but this is something to get my feet wet with and gain experience. Here are some things I have laid out for my blog.
Traffic: Right now, the site gets about 370 unique visitors per month. (470 hits, roughly 20 returning vistors per month)
Earnings: I have adsense on the site but earnings are basically zero. Over the last two weeks I had $2.40 in earnings. So you could basically say...it makes nothing.
Articles: I want to publish at least 100 articles to my blog over the next year.
My goals: My focus is more on generating articles that are SEO and just building content. (100 articles published on my blog is my goal). Also, as I said earlier I get about 370 uniques a month. I am setting my goal to generate roughly 20,000 hits per month by the end of 2008.
