I love Neil's work. His articles always seem to keep me grounded and help with the refocusing. One of the absolute best quotes I heard, had to be from our very own Cantwait2.. it went something like this..

"At every negotiating table, there is a fool.. if you can't see them, it is you!"

You can never go wrong with that. Create a win win situation for everyone at the deal table, but don't get swept into the loophole.
