Okay, so...

I have just read the first couple of pages. The main content is good, but there seems to be alot of "fluff" You talk about how this guide is simple, you don't claim to be an expert, you don't use scientific terms yada yada.

The readers do not want two or three paragraphs on this. They want to gain weight or build muscle. I would just delete all the stuff about what this is or is not about and go right to the point.

Your main content is good though. I will re read it and tell you more when I'm done.

Hmm... ok, I'll try to shorten it into one paragraph. I think there should be some kind of preface still. But definitely shorter then now ;)

Okay good. Just keep away from fluff. Try to get to the point. The readers really don't care about anything thing else and that is who you are marketing to, the readers.

Let me read some more. I'll tell you if anything else needs improvement. Then you can edit it and I'll review the final copy for you.

haha alright. I read the first one you gave me. Like I said the content is good. Some of the words that you used or phrases need to be corrected. I'll read the 2nd one and edit it for you if you want ???

Hi. stopping by to say i enjoy following this thread. I like to see the stats of your blog (wrt your set goals) << and all in relation to the changes you're making to it. So i hope to see more stats.
Haven't read through all the posts...As an easy/free traffic builder :
have you posted (pay others to post) in some of the top bodybuilding forums [w/ your link]? (I'd guess alot of people looking to solve the weight gain problem would go here.). Rank their posts from the most popular, and start posting in these. As well some of these major threads might even be great ideas for you to write about in your blog (and take related traffic from google.)

Edit: I think you messed up on giving the link out. just make a folder called downloads and put the pdf in there. Give a link that links to 36pounds.com/downloads/basic.pdf or w/e I named the PDF lol

Edit once more: just change the link to:

http://36pounds.com/nutritionguide/Basics of Nutrition for Gaining Muscle.pdf

why don't you give out different kinds of exercises????

I would also advise you to change the link to your guide so they can download it within the site. It is much more professional and you can track how many people have downloaded it.

Because exercises I recommend now are the best. Those fancy exercises on machines are inferior to these. I am abbreviating bodybuilding, the biggest problem is information overload. Time to get back to basics ;)

RapidShare counts downloads too. I just don't think it's that big of deal.

Edit: switched the links, but the one you gave doesn't work.. Rapidshare will be good for this time.

Adrian, this link works. Just copy and paste it. When I click on it, it goes to the PDF. I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you.

http://www.36pounds.com/nutritionguide/Basics of Nutrition for Gaining Muscle.pdf

I can't make the url longer. The site automatically makes it a hyperlink. Just click the link and then copy and paste it. It should be longer.

I swear it didn't work.. gonna try now.
