Ok, so I'm super excited to be launching a business which will serve clients really well. It is essentially a concept that is already widely used around the world, but I'm making it accessible to the everyday person.

I would really appreciate some feedback from those with more experience than me in web design/programming etc.

Here's the issue: I need my website (which I'm building using WordPress) to have two essential functions:
1. It must allow users to create an account which they are able to access whenever/wherever they want to. Like a CRM, I guess?
2. It must have all the details of various brands of objects which the users can select using drop-down lists etc. Included in this section would be varying rates based on the level of usage of the chosen object in question.

I know this is probably a bit confusing as I'm not explicit with what the objects are, but I hope you can see through that and on to what I'm aiming to achieve.

Thank you for reading :)

Sorry I was a bit too vague there, Alex.

I'm wanting to know if Caspio is the best option to use to add a database to my website on the back end. Is there a more suitable option which I'm unaware of?

Very difficult to advise without a full detailed brief on both points mentioned, however if you are looking for a membership type website then Here's the WordPress Membership Plugin You Need for 2020 is one of the most popular plugins I believe.

If you don't have much experience in web development, the best option would be to look for a theme which already has this type of user login/membership functionality built in - Membership WordPress Themes from ThemeForest - otherwise you would require a developer to custom build it for you, most likely using - ACF | Advanced Custom Fields Plugin for WordPress

I`m a bit confused, why do you need something like Caspio at all?
Where is your wordpress currently hosted?

Honestly, I don't know if I really do.

I just want the ability for users to create an account through my website, as well as the ability for them to personalise each account based on the vehicle they drive and their annual mileage.

Website design etc. is all quite new to me.

I am using GoDaddy as my host.

In this case any hosting will do.
Just pick the cheapest
I recommend AWS Lightsail
