San Diego Fastlane house - NEED 2 MORE ROOMMATES

What's up Fastlane.

Our downstairs neighbors are finally moving out at the end of April. This means we have two bedrooms available in our hustle house.

We need to find two Fastlaners to move in ASAP.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, POST HERE or PM ME. Doesn't matter where you're coming from.

I think rent is around $750-850 ish per month, per room.

Utilities we all split. Comes out to another $50-100 ish per month.

Must have decent credit score, per landlord. Also need provable income.

We push eachother daily in this house. We have fun, but business comes first. The three of us have been here for around 2.5 years and love it. Trying to make the dopest environment for success possible.

There are some pictures of the crib. We have a sick view overlooking a canyon with hiking trails.

Tennis courts 10 min walk away.

Huge skate park if you're into that.

Beach 15 minute drive away.

Centrally located, 15 mins from beach, 15 mins from downtown.

And as you know, best weather in the world. Stays around 60-80 most of the year.

I've been to this house and I can vouch for these guys. It's a no brainer if you're looking for extra motivation and can't get inspired where you are now.

I can vouch for this house - I visited years ago and it was quite the experience! A very memorable first time trip to SD.

I live in SD and my lease is up at the end of April--but I'm trying to go the zero roommates route and stay within 2-3 blocks of the beach
