You do it by...

Crossing the mountain range of failure into the sweet sun soaked valley of success.

These mountains are known as boredom, commitment, uncertainty, hunger, impatience, pain and lost time.

People pay for the shortcuts past the mountains of failure.

For example:

1. Painting a house takes process, people pay to have it done.
2. Cooking tasty food can be a challenge.
3. Fixing a car is confusing.
4. Unplugging a toilet or drain is gross.
5. Exterminating pests can be dangerous if you don’t have the proper knowledge.
6. Soft washing a building can ruin it if you don’t know chemistry.
7. Landscaping is exhausting.
8. Writing software requires dedication and time.
9. Learning nutrition and exercise takes years of experience.
10. Cleaning something is frustrating and gross.

People like those who are the best value. If they think they’re getting more than they pay for they blab to everyone they know.

There are as many answers to this question as there are people. Spend some time reading the threads here on bootstrapping and hustling. There are several good discussions on the topic.

Wait you don't have money? Sorry, you are DOOMED for the rest of your life! You totally need alot of money, maybe look into calling some millionaires or billionaires for some quick cash, pitch some ideas.

How about starting on a smaller affordable scale, testing the waters, getting great results and repeat? Then when potential investors have seen the successful results, then maybe they will invest in your whatever it is. Millionaires and Billionaires do not donate their money to "idea" businesses. They want productive results.
