Any of you know how to do advertising for an ecommerce service website? Also how to limit the advertising to a minimum but get a lot of traffic. I assume that at the beginning more advertising is needed to get first customers, or I am wrong? Does ig or facebook will work here or maybe google? Is it possible how MJ DeMarco did? Just with word of mouth? Also if possible I would like to estimate monthly cost for the beginning (advertising+domain+free toll number+anything else needed)
I am still thinking about service based website, no headache, no storing of products and highly automatization. My last idea failed (I opened website with waters filters so here we have product+service (installation) and I had advertising problems-thats the thing Im the most unsure about.
I heard also that before opening a beautifully designed website (people often put a lot of time here and money for design etc) it good to create at the beginning just basic website which will only allow the customers to solve the problem-it will show also if people are really interested and if my solution is the thing that they really need. I know also that before opening it is good to generate first traffic (and that was my mistake with the last website, I just opened suddenly expecting that people will come to my store). My question here is: How and where will I generate traffic before opening the website to let decide people if my service solve their problem? Thanks so much for all replies
