My personal goal for 2019 is daily 15 minutes meditation
I've bee able to do average 8 - 10 minutes of meditation for 80 days. I recently took a break for a week or so since my family are visiting and it's kinda like a family gathering house now, sofa sleeping and stuff. I will resume meditation in 2020.
My goal more specifically is.

My goal more specifically is.
- Improve from 10 minutes to 15 minutes meditation.
- Meditate without checking the time (reach time limit naturally)
- Do it for > 80 days (breaking my old record)
