Dear all

My name is Chiara B. and I am new to the forum. I've been working in the Telecommunication Industry for about 14 years now. I came accross the Fastlane book through Amazon and it was the best thing I have ever purchased. I'm literally devouring it and can't wait to finish it. I was basically searching for a "reason" to the life I am living now. Let me explain: I am mother of a little daughter, I work 100% and can't complain about my income generally, I am the breadwinner in the family. But deep down I am not happy. I feel trapped. So it is a blessing to be able to change my direction to what I know I can and will achieve, peace! I am a hard worker and hey, if I have to do the double or triple to reach my goal I will. I'm looking forward to the years ahead and all the experiences - bad or good ones - that will come my way. I am also glad to be in this forum to read and exchange information as well as getting to know new people with the same mindset and ambition. Therefore I consider myself as "under construction".

On finding a meaning to life, it can be as simple as providing a better future for your daughter or as complex as starting a social enterprise that fills in a social need.

Hello!

Thank you for your message! My motivation doesn't only come from within but also looking at my daughter. I bet most of our parents never wanted us to work as hard as they had to, but unfortunately, they haven't had the chance to realize their dreams. And I am still young and vibrant and have so much energy to invest. So I am definitively ready to invest it in the right things.

As you've already mentioned my contribution should touch not only my people but way more. So this thought has given me already an idea on which direction my journey should take! I'm really looking forward to spending my time learning and reading through the posts of all of you!
