<div class="bbWrapper">Is anyone familliar with this school? <br /> Its a school for real estate investing in Glendale, AZ. It has grown since 2005. <br /> I have been talking with a man that would help me if I wanted to go. But if anybody has experienced the school or knows someone else who has, please tell if it&#039;s worth going. Any opinions or suggestions are welcome too.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">From what I understand, it&#039;s more like and MLM. Their ultimate goal is to get you to sign up others.<br /> <br /> Do a search on Google for it. You will see a lot of positive And negative things others have to say about it.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I better not see one link to those bastards! Yes, I despise them.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I&#039;ve heard nothing but bad.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Yeah the the guy at the top gets richer every time someone signs up. They use a website called investor concierge where you look at the property details and click purchase. So I was wondering if the education would be good enough to go find the deals on properties on your own?. Because through the investor concierge everybody gets a cut.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Seeing as this one is a scam, does anyone know of one that is legitimate?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">RUN in the other direction. This is a Multi-level marketing program. <br /> <br /> I know a few who got in and never learned anything about making money with real estate but got a lot of lessons about how to recruit others</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">As vr4playa mentioned, they can be very stealth when recruiting. I had a friend sign up as a member of a local meetup group, which didn&#039;t mention Nouveau Riche at all in their details. In the first meeting, he was put through the meat grinder and never returned.</div>
