I need a little help from my friends on what books, vlogs, blogs, or info products can help me on the debate and persuasion techniques, for the simple reason I'm INFJ, and need to do my job well on the planet, if anyone has some good resources, I would appreciate it.

Perhaps just get over the fact that you're INFJ (whatever that may be).

I see you waving this flag in every post you make.
Not really concerned about being an INFJ at the moment, but understanding the choices I make right now are quite important right now, and I just need to find the right people to give suggestions, and of course it's probably not asking for it in here. But thanks for the suggestion. It's more about me riding a Marverick Wave in two months. And I'm not worried about it, the right people will step in, and I'll get to where I need to be in success one way or the other.

INFJ (whatever that may be)
Just to humor you. Whatever this may be.
I can stop using the world INFJ as an anchor word. But the question in 2018, would be why would I bring Introversion to attention? It's the Matriarchy (Feminine Energy), and I'm not an Extremist Feminine, so no worry there. As Susan Cain Wrote in her book The Quiet, Introvert, America has leaned towards Extroversion over the decades. The research is pointing in the direction we even use different pathways of brain and nervous system, and this is the time for Introverts to come out of hiding, out of their shell, get over their fears, stop being silenced by others, and get past the "Too Sensitive" and "Too Emotional", and get tougher skinned. At the same time, stop blaming the Patriarchy (Masculine Energy) for why they're not successful in life.

Life is all about dominance versus submission as you will see this even with two Introverts or Extroverts in relationship to one another. There's always a good combination of the two blending together. Know Thyself. This is where most Introverts grow up listening to other people tell them to be an Extrovert, waste the first part of their life by suggestion and belief there is something wrong with them because they're not the same personality type, which does kind of make the Introvert feel off balance, gas-lighted, until the mature in later years.

And after I thought about it, I had to respond to your remark, because this is where I won't be silenced anymore because someone tells me to be quiet. This is the whole purpose of the times on many causes and plat forms, celebrating your authenticity, your genuine personality, instead of trying to be something you're not. As many people are speaking out and opening their mouths. "The Me Too Movement being one of them."

For you, maybe perhaps you haven't been silenced all your life, by dominate Extroverts. I have. And while Fastlane actually taught me to live in peace with dominate Extroverts and see from their point of view, listen and learn from them in more balanced and healthier way, it's exactly what I turn around and do. Teach other Introverts to work with them, not against them to build a better society as a whole.

The belief systems are what cause social problems and social issues. And of course different social classes believe the wealthy are the enemy. And there not the enemy, and this is the whole point of being a leader, teaching others to accept the differences instead of fighting the differences. While I understand it may be irrelevant to you, it's relevant to me. There's not away for me to stop being INFJ, so you don't get over it, you psychologically develop, mature, communicate more effectively through thoughts, emotions, feelings, and actions. You learn to trust your navigation system, and make better choices in life. Not so different than the rest of the types, but we all play different roles, are learning the same ropes, and just have different goals.

Your post makes no sense. Are you debating someone about your ideas? What are you asking the forum for?

If your ideas are solid and great you should have no problem defending them in debate using logic, facts and evidence. Understanding the scientific method and what a fallacious argument is, should be enough to win every debate.

Quit with INFJ nonsense, you're irritating the forum at this point. I thought I was the only one who spotted it but there are others that noticed it as well.

I thank you for comments and suggestions. I must remind you, I've been in this forum for quite awhile, so I understand I've been quite irritated a lot of times, triggered, annoyed, and that's just a fact of life in any forum. I think we all tolerated one another, are patient, have empathy, have understanding, and wait for others to learn specific appropriate behavior, social norms, communication skills, presentation, personality development, psychological development, manners, dressing, and "I"m not the only one who irritates the forum." But I will stop talking about Introverts and Mental Toughness, Emotional Resiliency, and Overcoming Adversity. :)

Mattie I have just unashamedly been geeking out on every thread you have written since 2015 & arrived on this thread mid way. I am not stalking you, more running a background check as we stand on the same soil :)

Mattie, is this really the first time You have asked for anything from this forum after giving a lot of value to the community here?? (Thanks for all the effort by the way)

I understand precisely what you are asking for, and I think it is a very valid question to identify your strength and weakness based on personality traits. Although I really do take the Myers-Briggs with a pinch of salt, it does give an insight for self understanding and can definitely aid you on your path of development and allow you to play to your strengths.

It is a pity no body else could assist you on this matter. As an ENTP we are nearly direct opposites so maybe we could help each other out haha.

I have just scanned through all my e-mails from 2014 for any information regarding a managers training course I did in 2014 hoping for attachments that might help you. It came up dry unfortunately.

This Myers-Briggs & management/leadership training was a 4 days long course lead by one of the top UK institutes at the time. The main focus of the course was on the Students's personality profile and how this interacted with other people's personality profiles. E.g. how to assemble a team using the peoples strengths, where they may need training, steering or extra encouragement and most importantly how to recognize and deal with your own strengths and weaknesses.

It was a very thorough and expensive training so I would be very surprised if I through away the actual physical file with all the books/leaflets and paperwork. I will have a look tonight for you at home and if I find some relevant info we take this further on PM.

Actually this could be the only time you ever asked for advice (at least on the free version) of this forum! That warrants a solid "LAD!" in my humble estimation. Thanks again Mattie

Hands down the best stuff I've ever found on the topic:

And this site is a comprehensive listing of basically every persuasion tactic known to man:

My own method? Link what you want them to do with pleasure, and the alternative to pain. Point out the Pros of what you want them to do, and the cons of not doing it. Try to custom tailor the benefits to their individual personality.

But honesty is really important. Be objective, and point out your own flaws. People don't want to be taken for a ride, so it's best to just communicate whatever truth there is.

Also, off topic, but I highly suggest using the Big 5 instead of the Myers-Briggs. The Myers-Briggs was based on the work of Carl Jung over 100 years ago. There have been significant advancements in Personality research since then. I highly recommend this personality test.

I think a thread actually shows you who your friends might be. That's what part of life is having connections and networking. I suppose helping others succeed in life. I appreciate all those who take interest in me. When they do, I take interest in them. Obviously, that is how it works in the world.
