I actually had no idea Gene Roddenberry was so awesome. Thanks for sharing man!

Also it's an excellent reminder that our own little selves are insignificant compared to the impact we have on others.

I knew about the ww2 and Star Trek stuff. Didn't know the rest.

This really hits home.

It makes you realize that everything you do in life is for a purpose.

We all want to make a lot of money and have the freedom to make choices with our lives...

Ultimately, it is about using our talents and abilities to be the best person and reach our highest potential.

Gene Roddenberry, is just one of many that we should model to have those qualities in our own lives.
